As the cooking presenter on Network 7’s multiple-Logie-winning BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS he transforms elegant restaurant cuisine into recipes that anyone can prepare at home. He also hosted his own show, FAST ED’S FAST FOOD, on Channel 7 and joined celebrity landscaper Jamie Durie in THE OUTDOOR ROOM. He has co-hosted the popular travel show DISCOVER TASMANIA for the last several years, drives the kitchens of NEW IDEA TV, and appears regularly on SUNRISE and THE MORNING SHOW.In publishing Ed is no less energetic. His weekly syndicated column through Cumberland newspapers has developed a loyal readership all over Australia, and he has written two cookbooks - NOVE CUCINA and DINNER IN 10 (Random House, 2009). Radio listeners throughout Australia are familiar with Ed as the host of BETTER HOMES & GARDENS RADIO, in Sydney as a regular guest on ABC local radio 702, and on the Gold Coast as the ABC’s weekly chef presenting the 5 O’CLOCK PANIC. Ed is a keen gardener, fisherman and long-distance runner who has two children and lives in Sydney.
